The LFE2-20E-5FN484C is a low-power, low-cost FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) chip from Lattice Semiconductor. It is based on the LatticeECP2M FPGA architecture and is available in a compact 5x5mm, 484-pin BGA package.


The chip features 20K LUTs (Look-Up Tables) and up to 176Kbits of block RAM. It provides up to 618 user I/O pins, and supports up to four independent PLLs (Phase Locked Loops). The chip is designed for a wide range of applications, including industrial control, consumer electronics, medical, automotive, and communications. It is also suitable for use in low-power, low-cost applications such as IoT (Internet of Things) and wearable devices.


The LFE2-20E-5FN484C chip is designed to provide excellent performance and power efficiency. It is optimized for low power consumption and can operate at a maximum frequency of 400MHz. It is also designed for low EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) and is compliant with the latest IEC61000-4-2 standard.


The chip supports a wide range of interfaces, including LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling), SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface), I2C (Inter-Integrated Circuit), and UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter). It also supports a variety of embedded functions, such as clock management, memory management, and data conversion. It is also compatible with a variety of development tools, such as the Lattice Diamond and iCEcube2 software suites.
