The LFE2-12SE-7T144C is an advanced low-power Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) from Lattice Semiconductor. It is based on the company’s low-power, low-cost, low-voltage, non-volatile LatticeECP2 FPGA family. This model is specifically designed to deliver high performance and low power consumption for a wide range of applications.


The LFE2-12SE-7T144C comes with a total of 144K logic elements, up to 7.2Mbits of embedded RAM, and up to 4,096 bits of distributed memory. It also features up to 14,400 logic cells, up to 1,000 I/O pins, and up to 12 high-speed transceivers. The device supports up to four clock domains, up to eight PLLs, and up to four SPI masters. It has a maximum operating frequency of 400MHz and a maximum operating voltage of 1.2V.
