The LCMXO2280E-5T100C is a low-cost, low-power, non-volatile Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) designed by Lattice Semiconductor. It is based on the LatticeECP2M architecture and offers a variety of features, such as high-speed logic and embedded RAM blocks, low-power operation, and a wide variety of I/O options.
The LCMXO2280E-5T100C comes in a 5x5 mm, 0.5 mm pitch, 100-pin, RoHS-compliant TQFP package. It has a core voltage of 1.2V and an I/O voltage of 1.8V or 3.3V.
