The LCMXO2280E-4TN100C is a low-cost, low-power, high-performance Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chip. It is manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor Corporation and is based on their MachXO2 family of FPGAs. It is designed to provide a cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications, such as industrial automation, consumer electronics, medical devices, automotive, and aerospace.


The LCMXO2280E-4TN100C has a 4Kbit of embedded SRAM, a 4Kbit of embedded Flash memory, and a 100Kbit of distributed RAM. It also features a total of 1,200 logic elements, 28Kbits of I/O, and up to 48 user-defined I/O pins. It has a maximum operating frequency of up to 150 MHz and a maximum operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
