The LCMXO1200C-4FT256C is a high-performance, low-power field-programmable gate array (FPGA) chip from Lattice Semiconductor. It is based on the company's low-cost, low-power, non-volatile, antifuse-based, low-cost MachXO2-1200 architecture. The LCMXO1200C-4FT256C has a total of 4,096 logic cells, with up to 256Kbits of embedded Flash memory. It supports up to 16 user-defined I/O banks and up to 2,048 user-defined I/O pins. The device also supports up to eight phase-locked loops (PLLs) and up to 16 digital clock managers (DCMs).
