The LC5256MV-5F256C chip is a low power, low voltage, high performance 32-bit microcontroller from Lattice Semiconductor. It is based on the MIPS32 M4K core and is designed for embedded applications.


The LC5256MV-5F256C features a 5V tolerant I/O, a 32-bit RISC CPU with an embedded memory controller and a 5-stage pipeline architecture. It has a 32-bit wide data bus, a 16-bit wide instruction bus, and a 5-stage pipeline.
