The LC5256MB-4F256C is a low-power, low-cost, high-performance CMOS Static RAM (SRAM) chip. It is a 256K x 8 bit device with an access time of 45ns and a cycle time of 90ns. It is organized as 32K x 8 words and operates from a single +5V supply. The chip is fabricated using a 0.35um CMOS process and is available in a 48-pin DIP (Dual In-line Package), a 48-pin PGA (Pin Grid Array) and a 48-pin SOJ (Small Outline J-lead) package.
