LC4128ZC-42TN100C Overview
The LC4128ZC-42TN100C is a high-performance, low-power, CMOS static RAM chip. It is fabricated using a 0.35 micron CMOS process and is available in a 44-pin PQFP package. The chip has a capacity of 128K words and operates at a voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V. It features fast access times of 42ns and low power dissipation of 10mA at 3.3V.
The chip has an asynchronous asynchronous read/write operation with a cycle time of 55ns. It has a self-timed write cycle with auto-precharge and programmable burst lengths of 1, 2, 4, 8 and full page. The chip supports both page and nibble mode and has a data bus width of 8 bits. It has a high-speed write enable signal and a write protect signal for enhanced security.
The LC4128ZC-42TN100C is ideal for applications such as embedded systems, portable devices, automotive, consumer electronics and industrial control. It is also suitable for use in memory expansion, cache memory, program storage and data storage. The chip is RoHS compliant and is available in both commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
