The LC4128V-75TN128I is a low-cost, low-power, high-performance FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) chip manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor. This chip is designed for a wide range of applications, including embedded systems, communications, networking, industrial, and consumer applications.


The LC4128V-75TN128I has a total of 128 logic cells, with each cell containing four 4-input look-up tables (LUTs) and four flip-flops. It also has a total of 32Kbits of embedded RAM, and 32Kbits of distributed RAM. It has two dedicated clock management blocks, and an integrated phase-locked loop (PLL) for frequency synthesis. The LC4128V-75TN128I has a maximum operating frequency of up to 200MHz, and a maximum clock-to-out delay of 2.5ns. It also has an integrated JTAG boundary scan and in-system programmability (ISP) for easy and reliable configuration.
