The LC4128V-5T128C is a low-power, high-performance, low-cost FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) chip manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor. It is a member of the LatticeECP2/M family, and is based on the LatticeECP2M architecture.


The chip has a total of 128 logic cells and 5,120 bits of embedded RAM. It also has four dedicated DSP blocks and an embedded DSP processor. It is capable of delivering up to 5.3 million system gates and up to 8.2 million system logic elements. The chip has a maximum operating frequency of up to 250 MHz and a maximum operating voltage of 1.2V. It also has a total of 48 I/O pins and a total of 9 PLLs.
