LC4128B-5T128I Overview



The LC4128B-5T128I is a 128-bit, 5-stage pipeline, low-cost, low-power, high-performance, general-purpose microcontroller chip. It is based on a 32-bit RISC core architecture, and is capable of executing up to 200 MIPS (Million Instructions Per Second). It has a 5-stage pipeline, which allows for faster execution of instructions and improved throughput.


The chip has 128KB of on-chip SRAM, and can support up to 128KB of external SRAM. It also has an on-chip Flash memory of up to 64KB, and can support up to 32KB of external Flash memory. It also has an on-chip ROM of up to 4KB and can support up to 4KB of external ROM. The chip also supports a variety of peripherals such as UART, SPI, I2C, and PWM.
