The LC4032C-5T48C is a low-power, low-voltage, high-performance CMOS static RAM chip manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor Corporation. It has a memory capacity of 32Kbits, organized as 4096 words of 8 bits each. It has a low power dissipation of 2.5 mW/MHz and operates on a single +3.3V supply.
