ICE65L04F-LCB196C Overview



The ICE65L04F-LCB196C is a low-power, high-performance, low-cost, low-voltage, low-dropout, low-jitter, low-noise, low-offset, low-distortion, low-EMI, low-phase-noise, low-profile, low-leakage CMOS voltage regulator. It is designed to provide a regulated output voltage from a single input source, while maintaining low power consumption and high reliability.


The chip has an operating range of 2.7V to 5.5V and a maximum output current of 500mA. It is capable of providing a wide range of output voltages from 0.6V to 5.5V with a maximum temperature rise of 70°C. The chip has a wide range of features such as short circuit protection, over-current protection, over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection and reverse-current protection.


The chip is ideal for use in a variety of applications such as notebook computers, PDAs, mobile phones, digital cameras, portable media players, automotive electronics and consumer electronics. It is also suitable for use in applications where low power consumption, high reliability and low cost are required.


The chip has a low profile of only 1.6mm and is RoHS compliant. It is available in a compact 16-pin QFN package and is suitable for use in a variety of applications. The chip is designed to meet the requirements of the IEC 61000-4-2 ESD standard. It is also designed to meet the requirements of the IEC 61000-4-3 EMC standard.
