The EPM7512BUC169-5 is a high-performance low-power CMOS static RAM. It is a 5V, 16K x 8-bit CMOS static RAM organized as 16,384 words by 8 bits. It is designed with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve both high speed and low power. It has a fast access time of 10ns and a low power dissipation of 60mW. It has an operating temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and storage temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.


The chip has an asynchronous address latch enable (ALE) and output enable (OE) for easy interfacing with microprocessors. It also has an active low chip enable (CE) and active low write enable (WE) for easy control. The EPM7512BUC169-5 has TTL compatible inputs and outputs and is pin and functionally compatible with the industry standard 6116. It is available in a variety of packages such as PDIP, SOIC, PLCC, TSSOP, and QFP.
