EPM7064SLC44-10N Overview



The EPM7064SLC44-10N is a low-power, high-performance CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) from Altera Corporation. It is a member of the Altera Max 7000S family of CPLDs and is based on the MAX 7000S architecture. It is manufactured using an 0.8 µm CMOS process and is a 4-input, 4-output device with a maximum operating frequency of 75 MHz.


The EPM7064SLC44-10N has a total of 64 macrocells, each containing a 4-input look-up table (LUT), a flip-flop, and a programmable interconnect. It also has 17 dedicated inputs and outputs, and can be configured with up to 8 Kbits of on-chip RAM. The device is packaged in a 44-pin PLCC (Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier) package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.


The EPM7064SLC44-10N is used in a variety of applications, including industrial automation, consumer electronics, automotive, and telecommunications.
