Xilinx Spartan®-3E series chip is a low-cost FPGA series launched by Xilinx, which has the characteristics of abundant resources and high-cost performance. This series of chips adopt 40nm technology, up to 1.5 million system gates, with 18k-1.5M programmable logic units, rich memory resources, and high-speed I/O ports.
