Mach® 4
The Lattice Mach® 4 series chip is a high-performance, low-power, low-cost programmable logic solution that integrates hundreds of logic cells and DSP blocks, and has flexible I/O resources to support various interface standards.
This series of chips uses a 40nm process, has a scale of up to 480K logic cells and 2,732 DSP blocks, and has more than 100 high-speed differential pair input/output pins.
The flexibility and programmability of Lattice Mach® 4 series chips make them ideal for a variety of applications, including industrial control, automation, power electronics, computer networking and storage, image and video processing, and more.
