The Lattice Mach® 2 family of chips is a low-cost, low-power, highly flexible programmable logic solution. The family of chips has programmable logic unit (PLU) counts ranging from 640 to 17,280, supporting a variety of logic functions and timing requirements.

This series of chips adopt a low-power 28nm process, can work at two voltages of 1.2V and 1.5V, has extremely low static power consumption, and provides a solution for system design with high efficiency and low power consumption.

Lattice Mach® 2 series chips are widely used in communication, industry, automotive, aerospace, and other fields. It can realize high-speed data transmission and processing and supports multiple communication interface standards and protocols, such as PCIe, Gigabit Ethernet, DDR3, and USB3.0, etc.

In addition, it can also be used as a controller and interface chip in industrial automation systems, supporting interfaces of various sensors and actuators, such as CAN, LIN, SPI, and I2C.
