The Lattice ispMACH® 4000ZE series is a programmable logic device, which is an upgraded version of the ispMACH® 4000 series, with higher performance and richer resources.

The Lattice ispMACH® 4000ZE series of chips provides solutions with low power consumption, low cost, and high reliability, and is suitable for various small and medium-sized applications, such as automation, security, communication, and other fields.

These chips have specifications from 2,000 to 12,000 logic cells and 16 to 520 I/O pins. They support high-speed system clocks, have high flexibility and low power consumption, and also have functions such as internal voltage regulators, adaptive anti-jamming circuits, etc., which can improve system reliability and stability.
