The Lattice iCE65™ P Series chip is a low-power programmable logic device with high flexibility and reliability. A variety of packages and specifications are available to meet different application requirements.

The iCE65™ P series chips are fabricated in a 65nm process, with programmable logic, DSP and RAM resources, and a maximum clock frequency of up to 1.5GHz. Its extremely low power consumption and 1.2V operating voltage make it ideal for applications in mobile and portable devices.

In addition, iCE65™ P series chips also have high-speed interfaces, including DDR2/3/4, LPDDR2/3, PCI Express, Gigabit Ethernet, etc., which can meet the needs of high-speed data transmission.
