Intel Corporation Cyclone® V GX

Intel Cyclone® V GX series chip is an FPGA based on a 28nm process, with abundant resources and high-performance processing capabilities. It has the most I/O interfaces and DSP blocks support high-speed transmission protocols and signal processing functions.

Intel Cyclone® V GX series of chips also has a built-in high-speed transceiver, which can realize high-speed serial communication, thereby improving the throughput of the whole system.

The chips feature a maximum of 103,000 logic cells and up to 500 embedded multiplexer (EMIO) pins, supporting transceiver rates up to 12.5 Gbps. It also has rich peripheral interfaces, such as PCI Express Gen2, Gigabit Ethernet, DDR3 and DDR4, etc.

In addition, the Intel Cyclone® V GX series of chips also adopts an efficient low-power design, supports multiple power management modes, and has a remarkable energy-saving effect.

Intel Cyclone® V GX series of chips can be widely used in computer networks, high-speed communication, image processing, video compression and encryption, and other fields.
